Thai American Chamber of Commerce of California (TCCC) Terms of Use

The website www.thaiamericanchamberca.org (“Site”) is made available by the Thai American Chamber of Commerce of California (“TCCC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). All content and services provided through this Site may be used only under the Terms and Conditions stated below.

USE OF THIS WEBSITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.

When you access information or services on this Site, you acknowledge your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. References to “you” or “your” refer to both you as an individual and, where applicable, any organization or entity on whose behalf you act.

1. Services Provided
The Site provides information, membership services, and resources for the Thai-American business community. As a service to members and sponsors, TCCC may allow third parties to promote their products, services, or events through this Site. The terms governing such third-party products or services are established by those entities, and TCCC assumes no responsibility, direct or indirect, for such third-party offerings.

Payment processing for memberships, donations, and sponsorships may be handled by WildApricot (Personify/PayPal) and Zeffy. Each of these platforms has its own privacy and terms of use policies.

2. Property Rights on the Site and in User-Submitted Data

2.1 Property Rights on the Site
(a) TCCC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use this Site for lawful purposes related to membership, sponsorship, and community participation. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works of, or exploit any portion of the Site without TCCC’s written consent.

(b) The Site and all materials, text, images, graphics, and logos are the property of TCCC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You must not remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices on materials from the Site.

(c) The Site may contain links to external websites not owned or controlled by TCCC. TCCC is not responsible for the content, products, or services on any third-party sites linked from this Site.

2.2 Property Rights in User-Submitted Data
